1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using OnePilot (operated by BWS Corp, "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
2. Description of service
OnePilot is a business automation platform providing AI-assisted business formation, customer relationship management, voice and messaging AI agents, workflow automation, document storage, and related tools. Features and availability may change over time.
3. Your account
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use OnePilot to send unlawful, fraudulent, or unsolicited communications, to violate any applicable law (including telemarketing and messaging regulations such as the TCPA), to infringe on others' rights, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.
5. Your customer data & consent obligations
If you use OnePilot to call, text, or message your own customers, you are solely responsible for obtaining and documenting any required consent from those customers before doing so, and for complying with applicable law in how you communicate with them. 6. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as we otherwise state at the time of purchase. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Third-party services
OnePilot relies on third-party infrastructure — including Stripe for payments, Microsoft Azure Communication Services for calling and SMS, and LiveKit for real-time voice/video — to deliver parts of the service. Your use of OnePilot is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable to the services they provide.
8. Intellectual property
OnePilot and its underlying technology are owned by BWS Corp. You retain ownership of the business data and content you upload or create using the platform.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
OnePilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BWS Corp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to OnePilot if you violate these terms. You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of OnePilot after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
