Program description
OnePilot is a business automation platform. Businesses that use OnePilot may send text messages to their own customers — for example, appointment reminders, order confirmations, or callback confirmations — using OnePilot's shared messaging infrastructure.
How customers opt in
Customers opt in to receive text messages when they provide their phone number directly to the business through OnePilot's platform — for example, when booking an appointment, submitting a contact form, or speaking with the business's AI phone agent and providing their number for a callback or confirmation. Each business using OnePilot is responsible for obtaining and documenting this consent from their own customers before any message is sent, consistent with TCPA and CTIA guidelines.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies depending on the business and the services a customer has engaged with. Message and data rates may apply.
